A Date with my Sister

brings me gratitude!
My sister, Sheila, is only 14 months older than me.  When we were kids we were inseparable... almost twins, as she says.
She is a free spirit.  A very happy go lucky woman who makes friends easily and always has fun!  We are very different...  comparatively I'm more reserved, practical and low key - simple.  She always tries to pass me off as the older sister, which I guess in spirit I am.
We love and care about each other very much!  She's always been my biggest cheerleader.  And because we were so close growing up and because we are so different, whenever we do have disagreements it just breaks my heart.
But we have the same values... very grateful for what we have, both polite (thank you Nagyi!), both appreciative of the simple things in life.
We both know what we have to offer the world is very special and we don't take that for granted.

I am grateful for the bond between my sister and I and want only for her to fulfill her heart's desire and intent.
These images presented themselves to us yesterday as we were walking on Queen Street.
Thank you!
